We’re looking for…
A passionate architect to come on board and join our team for a Mid-level position. Ideally, you’ll have 5-10 years of experience with a broad range of project types. Personable folks with solid communication skills are top of mind to us. You’ll excel at TDG if you’re agile and team-oriented, too.

- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suites
- Revit
- Rhino 3D
- Render Software - Twinmotion, Enscape

On the job, you will...
- Help lead our accounts.
- Show off your design skills.
- Lead and assist with major design decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop less senior team members.
- Assume ownership responsibilities for projects, from intake of lead to project completion.
- Provide support for business development initiatives.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Architectural Staff, Junior-Level

We’re looking for…
A talented architectural designer with a strong portfolio to join our growing team. You must hold a professional degree, Bachelor’s or Masters, in Architecture, plus 3-5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be fully competent and knowledgeable in all conventional aspects of architecture. We are seeking someone with great communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suites
- Revit
- Rhino 3D

On the job, you will...
- Support the team in the development and completion of a wide range of projects.
- Develop CDs for submittals, projects, and presentations.
- Show off your design skills.
- Be supported and encouraged to pursue licensure.
