He is always up for a challenge and excited to try something new, so Matt appreciates that TDG is willing to take on such a diverse range of projects.  He has an illustrious and varied background (did he build furniture? Yes, yes he did) and can cultivate that creativity to guiding a project through completion. Mike started at TDG in November of 2012 as an Architectural Designer and has a keen eye for the construction documentation he is focused on. Mike is a seasoned veteran who has previously worked at both large and small firms but found the ultimate work environment in TDG. He enjoys watching a project come to life from the very start of just a drawing and appreciates that this team all works hard to support the client. He values all that hard work and focus but has fun along the way (the team appreciates that). Mike’s expansive work experience is impressive and reliable, and those that work with him (colleagues and clients) find that his pride in work is often contagious.

For Alex, what sets this firm apart from others is the relationships built with colleagues who all work closely together to successfully complete a project.  An in-depth knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) allows him to focus and be efficient at planning and running a project through completion, which is where his interests and talents are. Kimberly works at TDG as the Operations Manager and person who helps keep us all in line. She has a long history of managing an office staff and their daily activities and doing so with a smile on her face. We like everything about that statement! She is also an Interior Designer. See what we mean? Perfect fit.  In addition to overseeing all of this, Kimberly is also responsible for maintaining a structured schedule for the success of our staff and our projects.

Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are key to Kimberly’s everyday activities and perhaps her secret sauce in keeping it all together is the fact that she has two growing and busy boys at home that she also manages! Making it all work at home AND at work….Yep, she’s our super-hero!
